How To Register A Foreign Company In South Africa

To register an external visitor, follow these steps:
Register every bit a Client

- CoR 20.1
- CoR20.1A
- CoR21.2
- Attach a certified copy of the company's founding documents and a certificate of incorporation or comparable document.
- These supporting documents must be translated if the original is not in an official Southward African linguistic communication.
Scan and electronic mail the completed and signed documents together with supporting information to companydocs@cipc.co.za;
The following supporting documents must exist included in your e-postal service:
- Certified identity copy of applicant
- Certified identity copy or passport of all incorporators, directors and representative
- Ability of attorney (if applicable)
